Our Simple Process

1. Discovery Call

After scheduling your appointment, you’ll enjoy a pressure-free discovery call designed to help us build a plan that is precisely right for you/your family/your business. We will always provide you all the time you need to review and examine the plan options our agents have presented to you.

2. The Application Process

Once you’ve selected the plan and insurance company that best fits your needs, we’ll schedule a second call to complete your application. Because we represent you throughout the entirety of your coverage, we walk through the application together; this is typically submitted by us using a convenient telephone and screen-share process.

3. Continued Support

Once your application is complete and you’ve been accepted into the program, you will have direct support from your Rooted Health agent at any time. We do all we can to keep our clients from having to call insurance companies directly; we will handle most interactions for you and are happy to do so. We will also advocate for you with doctors, hospitals & pharmaceutical companies as needed.
